摘要为了更好的研究了解实际生产过程中静电的危害及影响,主要针对电阻率和静电电荷积累量这两个参数,通过滑槽实验、过筛实验等模拟生产过程,研究相关过程。
首先,通过粉体电阻率测试装置研究了含水量对硝基胍电阻率的影响,粒径大小对RDX和HMX的电阻率的影响;分析了静电滑槽法、过筛法及粉体物理参数等对试验结果的影响;然后,通过静电滑槽实验研究了滑槽材质和振动滑槽对于静电电荷积累量的影响,最后,研究了不同石墨添加比对静电电荷积累量的影响。
实验结果表明,硝基胍的电阻率和体积电阻成正比。同时,电阻率也会因为经过滑槽摩擦而有所改变。粉体中的水分对摩擦起电静电电荷积累起到明显的抑制作用。粉体粒度越小,电阻率越小;经橡胶滑槽摩擦后的硝基胍电阻率较经过不锈钢滑槽的高;过筛后静电电荷量明显增加;玉米粉和小麦粉比静电电荷积累量随着粉体含水量的增加而减少,硝基胍的比静电电荷积累也量随着粉体含水量的增加而减少。73520

Abstract In order to better understand the effect and harm of the static electricity in the actual production process, mainly for resistivity and electrostatic charge accumulation of these two parameters, the through chute experimental, sieving experiments to simulate the production process, research process。
First, in terms of resistivity, the powder resistivity testing device studied the influence of water content on the electrical resistivity of nitro guanidine containing, influence of particle size of size of RDX and HMX resistivity; analysis of the method of electrostatic chute, sieving method and powder physical parameter effects on the test results; then, electrostatic charge accumulation, through the experiment of electrostatic chute studied chute material and vibration chute for electrostatic charge accumulation effect。 Finally, the paper studies the different graphite than electrostatic charge accumulation effect。
