摘要本次毕业设计主要是制备有机硅改性的双组分水性聚氨酯(Si-2KWPU)以及研究其所制涂膜性能。主要是采用聚丙二醇(PPG),异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI),二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)做原料,二丁基二月桂酸锡(DBTDI)作催化剂来合成聚氨酯预聚体。并用一定量的有机硅(端羟基聚硅氧烷)对其进行改性,并且加入三乙胺与其成盐,形成亲水的聚氨酯多元醇的水分散体系。最后,加入基于HDI的亲水脂肪族聚异氰酸酯作固化剂,剪切乳化成有机硅改性双组分水性聚氨酯。分别对产物进行了红外、核磁等谱图分析,而且对用不同量有机硅改性的聚氨酯进行粘度、接触角、拉伸强度、吸水率、热重等测定,研究不同量的有机硅对薄膜性能的影响。结果表明,随着有机硅含量的增加,聚氨酯的接触角增大,粒径也增加。且和未改性的聚氨酯相比,耐热性也有所提高。77145

Title Preparation of Siloxane-modified Two-component Waterborne Polyurethane
Abstract This diploma project is mainly about synthesizing siloxane-modified two-component waterborne polyurethane (Si-2KWPU) and studying its property。 Polypropylene glycol(PPG), isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) and trimethylolpropane (TMP) were used as raw materials to synthesize polyurethane prepolymer, in addition, using dibutyltin dilaurate (DBTDI) as catalyst。 With dihydroxybutyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane(DHPDMS) as modifier, adding triethylamine to make salification for preparing hydrophilic polyol polyurethane water dispersion system。 Finally, siloxane-modified two-component waterborne polyurethane could be made by adding hydrophilic aliphatic polyisocyanate which is based on HDI as curing agent。 The product structure and properties were characterized by FTIR、1HNMR and TGA, besides, studied the effect of different silicone cotent on viscosity, contact angle, tensile strength, water absorption, thermogravimetry。 With the silicone content increasing, its contact angle increases, as well as the grain size。 Besides, compared with the unmodified polyurethane, its heat resistance is much better。
