摘要发射装药设计由发射装药的弹道设计和发射装药的结构设计两部分组成。本文的核心内容是研究迫击炮发射装药的弹道设计,主要是解决内弹道的正向问题,即通过调整发射装药的药型参数和迫击炮的弹道参数求解炮口初速和最大膛压,模拟得到弹丸发射过程中速度-时间、压力-时间、速度-弹丸行程、压力-弹丸行程之间的关系曲线。本文以82mm迫击炮内弹道模型为基础,采用Visual Basic程序语言编写软件对内弹道过程进行模拟计算,并且与试验结果对比检测,检测结果表明本程序对内弹道过程的模拟计算结果和实际结果的符合性较高。随后利用该程序定性预测了装药条件对弹道参数的影响规律。77889

Title Design and test on propellant charge of 82mm mortar shell
Abstract Design of propellant charge is composed of two parts,the ballistic design and the structure design of propellant charge。Researching the ballistic design of mortar propellant charge and solve the forward problem of interior ballistic are the core content of this paper。To solve inner ballistic functional parameters,such as muzzle velocity and maximum pressure etc,as well as to obtain the relationship curves between velocity and time,pressure and time,velocity and travel, pressure and travel,the grain size and ballistic parameter adjust accordingly。In this paper,based on the interior ballistic model of 82mm mortar,a software program was developed with Visual Basic programming language to simulate the interior ballistic process 。And the calculation result was compared with the test result.The results show that calculation is consistent with the result of interior ballistic theory。Then use the software program to predicte the influence laws of charge conditions on ballistic parameters qualitatively and obtain conclusions。
