摘要本课题采用2-甲基咪唑和六水合硝酸锌合成ZIF-8。然后通过TEM、FTIR、XRD等表征手段证实了所得产物为目标产物。
采用静电纺丝法,将PLA和ZIF-8共混溶液进行纺丝,得到多种配比的静电纺丝纤维膜,并通过SEM、FTIR、XRD、TG、DSC等手段对纤维膜的物质结构和性能测试分析。另外还对纤维膜的力学性能和油水分离效率进行了测试。测试发现,添加不同含量的ZIF-8会改变纤维膜的直径尺寸和表面粗糙度,同时也会影响纤维膜的热稳定性。与纯PLA纤维膜相比,PLA/ZIF-8纤维膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率有了显著提高;PLA/ZIF-8纤维膜有很好的油水分离效果。77967

Title Preparation of PLA/ZIF-8 fiber membrane and its properties
Abstract In this paper, the 2-methyl imidazole and Zn(NO3)2 ∙ 6H2O are used to synthesize ZIF-8。 Then the substance was confirmed by characterization methods such as TEM, FTIR, XRD and so on。
Using electrostatic spinning, we spin the mixed solution of PLA and ZIF-8, and a variety of electrospun fibrous membrane was obtained。 Then, by means of SEM, FTIR, XRD, TG and DSC, we analyze the structure and performance of fiber membrane。 In addition, the fiber membrane’s mechanical properties and oil-water separation efficiency were also tested。 It was found that the addition of different content of ZIF-8 can change the diameter and surface roughness of the fiber membrane, and can also affect the thermal stability of the fiber membrane。 Compared with pure PLA fiber membrane, PLA/ZIF-8 fiber membrane’s tensile strength and elongation at break are significantly improved; PLA/ZIF-8 fiber membrane achieves a great separation efficiency in oil and water。
