摘要当代社会可燃气体在工业生产与发展中扮演了极为重要的角色,但是随着各类因气体爆炸而造成的大小事故频繁发生,目前,工业大部分厂房内在设计建造时会选用一定强度的泄爆结构进行泄爆面建造,但是关于泄爆结构的检测标准尚未确定。78116
本文以泄爆结构检测手段的研究确定为目标,首先根据泄爆结构的尺寸设计并制造了大型方形泄爆容器,并以容器为基础构建整体泄爆结构测试系统。其次,对于上述大型容器在混气-进气方式进行探究,选取资料中的方法进行具体实验操作,观察其方法的优劣势,并且最终确定采用分区间先混气后进气的方式来完成大型容器的气体混合工作。最后,选取乙烯这一代表性可燃气体,通过改变气体浓度形成不同强度燃爆冲击波的方法开展系统试验,通过压力测试和高速摄像拍摄的手段就气体爆炸冲击波对泄爆结构的作用效果进行研究,并且对结果进行分析讨论,最终得出泄爆结构在气体爆炸载荷下的承压条件。

Title Study on the effect of gas explosion in a square container on the venting mechanism
Abstract In contemporary society,combustible gases play a very important role in the production and development of industry。 But with the accidents caused by gas explosion occur frequently, nowadays most of the industrial plants will select blasting structure with certain strength to build the blast plane when design or construct, but the detection criteria for the explosion structure still hasn’t been determined。
In this paper, the research on the detection method of the explosion venting structure is defined as the goal。 Firstly, according to the size of the explosion venting structure, a large square venting vessel is designed and manufactured, and the test system of the whole explosion venting structure is constructed on the basis of the container。 Secondly, explore the way of mixed gas and air intake for the large container, select a method in the text to make some specific experimental operation, and observe the advantages and disadvantages of the method, then ultimately determine the partition between the first mixed gas inlet way to complete the injection valve of large container。 Finally, using ethylene to carry out the system experiment by changing the concentration of gas to form different intensity of blasting shock wave, the research on the effect of gas explosion shock wave venting structure through the pressure test and high speed photography method。 Analyze and discuss the results to obtain the pressure condition of explosion venting structure under gas explosion load。
