摘要以 9,9'-二(4-羟基苯基)芴、4,4'-(六氟异丙叉)双酚和 4,4'-二氟二苯砜为原料合成聚醚砜,经傅克反应得到氯甲基化聚醚砜。以商用聚醚砜为主要材料,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为致孔 剂,加入质量分数为 1-5%的氯甲基化聚醚砜经浸入沉淀相转化法成膜,三甲胺季铵化后 制备了一系列季铵化聚醚砜共混改性超滤膜。对该系列超滤膜进行性能表征,包括接触 角、纯水通量、截留率和抗污性能等,并与未改性膜进行比较。结果表明:制备的共混超 滤膜具有非对称结构,且随着季铵化聚醚砜含量的增加,皮层孔径有所减小;与未改性的 聚醚砜膜相比,季铵化改性超滤膜的亲水性提高,通量减少,牛血清蛋白截留率升高,且 抗污性能增强。其中,季铵化聚醚砜加入量为 3%的共混超滤膜,通量恢复率达到 96。9%, 其中可逆污染参数为 55。2%,不可逆污染参数仅为 3。1%。78378

Title Preparation and properties of quaternary ammonium poly(ether sulfone) modified ultrafiltration membranes
Abstract Chloromethylated poly(ether sulfone)s were synthesized through Freidel-Crafts reaction from poly(ether sulfone)s, which were synthesized from 9,9-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)fluorine, 4,4'- (hexafluoroisopropylidene) diphenol and 4-fluorophenylsulfone。 A series of quaternary ammonium poly(ether sulfone) modified ultrafiltration membranes were obtained from commercial polyether sulfone, polyvinylpyrrolidone, chloromethylated poly(ether sulfone)s with various weight content of 1-5% by immersion precipitation phase inversion method, quaternization by trimethylamine。 The properties including contact angle, pure water flux, rejection rate and anti-fouling performance of the modified ultrafiltration membranes were investigated and compared with the un-modified membrane。 The blend modified ultrafiltration showed asymmetric structure, and the pore size in the skin layer decreased with the increase in the content of quaternary ammonium poly(ether sulfone)s。 Compared with the unmodified membranes, the modified ones showed higher hydrophilicity, lower pure water flux, higher rejection rate of bovine serum albumin and better anti-fouling performance。 For the blend ultrafiltration membrane containing 3% quaternary ammonium poly(ether sulfone)s, the flux recovery reached 96。9%, where the reversible resistance was 55。2% and the irreversible resistance was only 3。1%。
