摘要:本文通过高温固相法制备了Li6。42La2。98Ba0。02Zr1。55Y0。1Al0。2O12固体电解质,分别研究了锂盐前驱体和烧结温度分别对Li6。42La2。98Ba0。02Zr1。55Y0。1Al0。2O12固体电解质导电性能、相对致密度和收缩率的影响,并用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜分别对制备产物的晶形结构和显微结构进行表征。研究结果表明:用当锂盐前驱体为Li2CO3时,制备的Li6。42La2。98Ba0。02Zr1。55Y0。1Al0。2O12固体电解质在室温下离子电导率为2。37×10-4Scm-1,相对致密度为90。38%,收缩率为9。08%,制得的固体电解质为立方相石榴石结构,该固体电解质断截面的晶界和间隙较少;当烧结温度为1180ºC时,制备的Li6。42La2。98Ba0。02Zr1。55Y0。1Al0。2O12固体电解质在室温下离子电导率为2。63×10-4Scm-1,相对致密度为92。19%,收缩率为10。66%,制得的固体电解质为立方相石榴石结构,该固体电解质断截面的晶界和间隙较少。基于Li6。42La2。98Ba0。02Zr1。55Y0。1Al0。2O12固体电解质在锂盐前驱体的选择及烧结温度的选择方面的研究仍未见报道。78789

Abstract:In this paper, Li6。42La2。98Ba0。02Zr1。55Y0。1Al0。2O12 solid electrolyte was prepared by high temperature solid phase method。 The effects about the conductivity, the relative density and the contractibility rate of lithium salt precursor and sintering temperature on Li6。42La2。98Ba0。02Zr1。55Y0。1Al0。2O12 solid were investigated。 The crystalline structure and the microstructure of the prepared products were characterized by X - ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy。 The results show that the ionic conductivity of Li6。42La2。98Ba0。02Zr1。55Y0。1Al0。2O12 solid electrolyte prepared at room temperature is 2。37×10-4Scm-1, when the lithium salt precursor is Li2CO3, relative density is 90。38%, and contractibility rate is 9。08%。 The prepared solid electrolyte is a cubic phase garnet structure。 The grain boundary and gap of the solid electrolyte cross section are less。 When the sintering temperature was 1180 º C, the ionic conductivity of the solid electrolyte at room temperature is 2。63×10-4Scm-1, the relative density is 92。19%, and the contractibility rate is 10。66%。 The prepared solid electrolyte is a cubic phase garnet structure。 The solid electrolyte cross-section of the grain boundary and the gap are less。 Based on Li6。42La2。98Ba0。02Zr1。55Y0。1Al0。2O12 solid electrolyte, the choice of lithium salt precursors and the selection of sintering temperature have not been reported。
