摘 要:为探索不同预处理条件对农作物秸秆厌氧消化产沼气的影响,以水稻秸秆为原料,在厌氧条件下放置于25℃恒温培养箱培养7 d。然后分别研究了NaOH、HCl、纤维素酶预处理3种方法对水稻秸秆中纤维素、半纤维素以及木质素的影响,并分析探讨了水稻秸秆经过预处理后厌氧发酵过程中的pH、日产气量、甲烷含量的变化以及TS、VS的去除率。结果表明,碱预处理方法对木质素的去除效果最好,8% NaOH的处理组损失率可高达59。2%;酸预处理方法对半纤维素的去除效果最好,8% HCl的处理组损失率可高达66。7%;生物预处理方法对纤维素的去除效果最好,投加量为40 U/g TS的处理组损失率可高达71。5%。纵向比较不同质量百分数的NaOH、HCl、不同投加量纤维素酶预处理水稻秸秆的厌氧发酵效果,综合原料分解程度、总产气量、气体组份含量变化等指标,6% NaOH、2% HCl、纤维素酶添加量40 U/g TS的预处理效果要分别优于同一组中其余质量百分数的NaOH、HCl和不同添加量的纤维素酶。本课题的特色与创新主要体现在以下两方面:(1)本论文不仅研究了酸、碱和生物等单一预处理水稻秸秆厌氧发酵的产气效果,并在此基础上进一步全面综合对比了这三种预处理方法的消化效果,进而得出不同预处理条件下厌氧发酵处理的最优参数。(2)本文尝试研究了采用添加纤维素酶的生物预处理方法对水稻秸秆厌氧发酵产气特性的影响,以达到进一步提高沼气产量和甲烷含量的目的。79291

Abstract:with rice straw as raw material, under anaerobic conditions placed on the 25℃ incubator 7 d。 NaOH, HCl, and cellulase treatment three methods on effects of rice straw cellulose, hemi cellulose and lignin, analysis of the rice straw after pretreatment anaerobic fermentation process, pH, gas production, methane content changes and TS and VS removal rate has been studied。 The results showed that the alkali pre processing method of lignin removal effect is best, 8% NaOH treatment group loss rate can be up to 59。2%; acid pre processing method of hemi cellulose removal effect is best, 8% HCl treatment group loss rate can be up to 66。7%; biological pre processing method of cellulose to the best result in, plus the amount for 40 U/g TS group loss rate is up to 71。5%。 Longitudinal comparison of different mass fraction of NaOH, HCl, different investment plus the amount of cellulase pretreatment anaerobic fermentation of rice straw and raw materials comprehensive degree of decomposition, the total gas production, gas content, index, 6% NaOH and 2% HCl, cellulase adding amount of 40 U/g TS pre treatment effect to respectively is better than with a group in the rest of the mass percentage of NaOH, HCl and added in different amount of cellulase。 The characteristic and innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the following two aspects: (1) this thesis not only studies the acid, alkali and biological single pre treatment effect of gas production in anaerobic fermentation of rice straw, and on this basis, further comprehensive comparison of these three kinds of pre treatment method of digestion effect。 Then it is concluded that the different pre processing under the condition of anaerobic fermentation process optimal parameters。 (2) this article attempts to study the were investigated by adding cellulase biological pre treatment method of anaerobic fermentation of rice straw gas production characteristics, so as to further improve the biogas production and methane content。
