摘要在大气压力下,对甲烷火焰中添加氢气对火焰传播速度的化学作用影响进行了化学 动力学模拟研究。研究结合相应的燃烧反应机理,利用化学动力学模拟软件 CHEMKIN, 对当量比Φ=0。8、Φ=1。0、Φ=1。2、Φ=1。4、Φ=1。6、Φ=1。8 等多种不同工况下不同氢气浓度 的甲烷-氢气混合燃料的燃烧进行了详细全面的模拟计算。分析添加物氢气的实际化学作 用影响时,是通过修改反应机理,比较分别加入实际氢气 H2 和虚拟氢气 F-H2 时的火焰传 播速度等的变化,可以将氢气的物理作用和化学作用区分开。结果表明,氢气的物理作 用抑制了燃烧,而化学作用促进了反应,综合来看,添加物氢气加快了燃烧速度,促进 了反应进行。研究为日后甲烷火焰在更多工况下的实验研究和实际应用提供了理论参考。79498

Title Chemical effect of hydrogen addition on methane flame speed
Abstract The chemical effect of hydrogen on the Methane flame propagation speed at atmospheric pressure is studied by chemical kinetics simulation。 Combining with corresponding combustion reaction mechanism,a detailed and comprehensive investigation of different hydrogen concentrations of methane-hydrogen blended fuel blends combustion at various different conditions with equivalent ratio Φ
= 0。8, Φ = 1。0, Φ= 1。2, Φ = 1。4, Φ= 1。6, Φ = 1。8 is conducted by means of chemical kinetics simulation software CHEMIKIN 。When analyzing the actual chemical effects of H2 , by modifying the reaction mechanism, the respectively comparison of flame spread speed change with actual hydrogen H2 and virtual hydrogen F-H2 , can separate hydrogen physical effect and chemical effect 。The results showed that the physical effect of hydrogen inhibited the combustion, and the chemical action promoted the reaction 。Comprehensive effect was that the hydrogen accelerated the burning rate and promoted the reaction。 The research provides a theoretical reference for the experimental study and practical application of the methane flame at more flame conditions in the future。
