摘要当今世界,随着现代战争对炮弹性能要求的提高和对环境问题的重视,再加上传统金属药筒对资源的浪费,秉着可持续发展的原则,科研人员开始着手新型药筒的研究,其中最主要的便是可燃药筒材料的研究。本文主要研究并搭建了密闭爆发器测量系统,开展可燃药筒材料燃烧性能试验研究。并在此基础上,建立定容条件下高压燃烧的理论模型,借助VB6。0编制计算软件,获得可燃药筒能量特性参数、燃速指数和燃速系数。研究结果对改进可燃药筒设计具有一定的参考价值。79511

Title: The Measurement and Calculation of Combustible Cartridge Case's Perfomance Under High Pressure Combustion
Abstract In today's world,as modern warfare on shell performance requirements improve and focus on environmental issues, combined with traditional metal cartridge case is a waste of resources, and adheres to the principles of sustainable development, the researchers began to study on a new cartridge, one of the most important is the study of combustible material。Studied in this paper and set the measurement system of closed bomb, carried out experimental study on properties of combustible material。 And,on that basis, establish theoretical model of high- pressure combustion in constant volume conditions, using VB 6。0 computer software, get combustible energy parameters, and burn rate burn rate index factor。Results to revise the design of combustible cartridge cases have some reference value。
