摘要在大气压力下,对平面预混层流乙烯火焰中燃料甲醇的作用进行了化学动力学模拟 研究。本文利用化学动力学计算软件 CHEMKIN 里的 PREMIX 子模块,详细研究了当量 比分别为 φ=0。8、φ=1。5 的工况下、不同比例的混合火焰的燃烧情况,获得了 C2H4/O2/AR 和 C2H4/CH3OH/O2/AR 火焰中的自由基、主要反应物和稳定中间产物的摩尔分数分布, 对比分析甲醇在其中的化学影响。重点讨论了对火焰中的有害中间产物和含氧空气污染 物生成的作用,可为日后混合燃料在实际工况下燃烧提供理论参考与实验指导。结果表 明,甲醇添加剂的化学效应导致了乙烯的氧化滞后并促进了 CH2O、CH3HCO 的生成,而 甲醇的热作用和稀释作用抑制了 CO 和 CH2CO 的生成。79984

Title Study of Chemical Effects of Methanol as Fuel Addition on Ethylene Flame
Abstract In order to identify the chemical effect of methanol as fuel addition on ethylene flame, the chemical kinetic model of methanol addition on laminar premixed ethylene flames was conducted at atmospheric pressure。 A detailed investigation of combustion of the fuel mixture at various different flame conditions with equivalence ratios φ = 0。8 and φ = 1。5 is conducted using PREMIX code of chemical kinetic simulation software CHEMKIN。 Mole fraction profiles of major products, radicals and intermediates are calculated in C2H4/O2/Ar and C2H4/C2H5OH/O2/Ar flames to compare and analyze the chemical effects of additives on them。 The effects of harmful intermediate products and the formation of oxygenated air pollutants are emphatically discussed, which provides a theoretical reference and experimental guidance for the experimental research and the practical application of the blended fuel at more flame conditions in the future。 The results illustrate that chemical effects of methanol additive lead the hysteresis of oxidation of ethylene and facilitate the formation of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde, the methanol dilution and thermal effects suppress the formation of carbon monoxide and ketene。
