摘要:随着苯酚丙酮生产技术的不断发展和更新,近年来事故频发,使得企业风险评估及安全管理都有了更高的要求,因此对一些大型、危险的项目进行安全评估很有必要。本文主要是对某石化公司年产40万吨的苯酚丙酮项目的安全性进行评估,并且提出有效、可行的对策,对危险进行控制。81799

首先是对项目中的危险源进行辨识,识别项目中有害的物质有哪些,并且根据其特性分析其危害程度,另外还分析了项目中可能导致的事故类型,其中比较容易发生的是火灾和爆炸事故,因为其中涉及到多种易燃易爆液体生产、存储及运输过程。

然后是采用道化学公司的火灾爆炸危险指数评价法对项目的工艺危险性进行定量评价,通过物质系数、工艺危险系数等多种参数的确定和计算,比较准确地计算出来各评价单元的危险性,并且考虑到项目装置危险性较大,企业有采取一些防护措施,因此还计算了工艺参数补偿系数,重新确定了评价单元的危险性,最终显示大部分单元危险性都较轻。

接下来采用了喷射火和池火模型对事故后果进行了计算,结果显示,事故波及范围与火灾辐射量密切相关,当辐射量较大时,最好是在泄漏的10s内就采取有效补救措施,否则后果较为严重。

还采用了职工安全度评价法对项目中的两个特殊岗位的安全程度进行了计算,结果显示两个岗位均处于安全状态。

最后针对评价过程中发现的隐患问题及评价结果,提出来相应的对策措施,提高企业安全性。
