摘要: 在大研究结果表明,分子筛材料SBA-15,此材料的比表面较大,同时其孔道构造比较好,所以可以利用金属纳米粒子规则的纳米空间的限域作用来合成制备可控的粒径。本次论文研究讨论制备合成金属Pd2+限域于SBA-15孔道内的,利用实验得到的金属Pd多相催化剂进行对环戊烯的选择氧化反应。通过在SBA-15上氨基化,并将过渡金属钯负载于其上,以来对环戊烯进行催化氧化反应。在本次实验中,通过SBA-15表面改性制备了0。2%重量催化剂,并将其应用于环戊烯催化氧化制备环戊酮的反应中。82289
分别用红外光谱、TG、UV-Vis、SEM、XRF、BET对SBA-15、改性介质及配位催化剂进行了表征,测定了金属离子的负载率、热稳定性等特性。
将0。2%wt Pd/SBA-15催化剂分别进行环戊烯在不同的条件下催化氧化成环戊酮的反应,并将催化剂回收。
通过对产物选择性以及产率的计算分析得出,环戊烯的催化氧化受到多方面反应条件的限制,并且数据不规律的。它主要与催化剂的活跃度有关,温度太低,会压制催化剂的活跃度。

Study on Application Technology of Palladium - based Catalysts
Abstract: The results show that the molecular sieve material SBA-15 has a larger specific surface area and a better pore structure。 Therefore, it can be used to synthesize the controlled particle size by the limiting effect of the nanometer space of the metal nanoparticles。 In this paper, the selective oxidation reaction of cyclopentene was carried out by using the metal Pd heterogeneous catalyst obtained by the experimental method to prepare the metal Pd nanoparticles in the SBA-15 pore。 The cyclopentene is subjected to a catalytic oxidation reaction by amination on SBA-15 and loading of transition metal palladium thereon。 In this experiment, 0。2% by weight of catalyst was prepared by surface modification of SBA-15 and applied to the reaction of cyclopentene for the catalytic oxidation of cyclopentanone。
The properties of the catalyst were characterized by IR, TG, UV-Vis, SEM, XRF and BET, and the loading and thermal stability of the metal ions were determined。
The reaction of cyclopentene under the conditions of catalytic oxidation to cyclopentanone was carried out in 0。2% wt Pd / SBA-15 catalyst, respectively, and the catalyst was recovered。
The results of product selectivity and yield analysis show that the catalytic oxidation of cyclopentene is limited by many reaction conditions and the data are irregular。 It is mainly related to the activity of the catalyst, the temperature is too low, will suppress the catalyst activity。
