摘 要:本设计为周口市新城区拟建自来水厂给水处理工艺,计划建造水厂的处理量为50万m3/d。以南水北调中线为水源,设计的主要内容包括:研究状况、设计水量的确定、工艺流程的确定、工程论证、预处理工艺、投药系统、隔板絮凝池、平流沉淀池、配管及清水池的计算,最后绘制主要构筑物的平面图和剖面图。本次设计选用臭氧为消毒剂,聚合氯化铝为絮凝剂,活性炭为吸附剂。在满足出水质标准《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749-2014)下,采用的工艺流程为:原水→一级泵站→往复式隔板絮凝池→平流沉淀池→快滤池→清水池→二级泵房→用户。83106

The Design of 500,000 m3/d City Water Supply Plant
Abstract: This design was the treatment process of water supply plant of Zhoukou new district, its treatment scale was 500,000 m3/d。 The middle line of the south-to-north water transfer project was used for water source。 The key contents of this design contained the research status, the determination of design flow, the project argumentation, the pretreatment process, the technological process, the drug delivery systems, the clapboard flocculation pool, the advection sedimentation tank, the piping and the calculation of the clear water reservoirs,the plan and section of main structures。 Ozone, poly aluminium chloride, activated carbon were respectively used as disinfector, the flocculant, the adsorbent in this project design。 The effluent quality must strictly meet “the health standard for domestic drinking water”《GB5749-2014》。 The whole treatment process was: the source of the water →a pumping station → reciprocating baffled flocculation → advection sedimentation tank → rapid filter→ clean water tank→ secondary pump→ user。
