摘要本次设计题目是某味精厂污水处理工艺设计,主要任务是设计一整套工艺流程以及污水处理构筑物设计,使得经过此工艺处理的废水能够达标排放。
味精废水特点是CODCR高、BOD5 高、菌体含量高、硫酸根含量高、氨氮含量高及 pH 值低。根据本次设计的味精废水水质情况及味精同行业废水治理现状,该废水采用厌氧与好氧相结合的方法来处理,废水首先经过气浮处理,去除大部分悬浮物,特别是蛋白质;然后经过厌氧处理装置,大大降低进水有机负荷,获得能源—沼气,并使出水达到好氧处理可接受的浓度,再进行好氧处理后达标排放。可有效去除污水中的BOD5和COD。该方案处理后的出水符合国家《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-2002)中的二级标准。83165
设计确定了适宜味精废水的工艺流程并对每一处理构筑物进行了合理的设计和计算。采用Auto CAD软件对味精废水处理厂的工艺流程、平面布置、管路布置及主要构筑物剖面图等进行了绘制。

Abstract The design topic is a monosodium factory wastewater treatment process design, the main task is to design a set of process flow and the design of sewage treatment structures,so that the wastewater can be discharged through the process。
Most of the monosodium factory wastewater possess high COD and high BOD5, high cell concentration and high sulfate content, high ammonia content and low pH value。Based on the design of monosodium glutamate wastewater and monosodium glutamate industry status quo of wastewater treatment, the wastewater by anaerobic and aerobic combination method to deal with, wastewater is firstly through the air floatation treatment, most of the suspended solids removal, especially protein; after anaerobic treatment device, greatly reduced the influent organic load, energy, biogas, and the water outlet to the oxygen treatment, the concentration of the acceptable, in into the merciful oxygen treatment after discharge。 Effective removal of sewage of BOD5 and cod。 The project to deal with the water with GB8978-2002 countries secondary standard。
After determining the optimal technological process of monosodium wastewater。I use the Auto CAD software to design the technological process,plane layout and piping layout of monosodium wastewater。
