摘    要国内P2P网络借贷行业近年来飞速发展，但在发展的同时也遭遇着由信息不对称带来的道德风险和逆向选择问题。本文通过作图法、对比分析法及模型分析法，建立了一个基于均匀分布的模型，对P2P网络借贷市场的信息不对称情况进行了分析，认为信息不对称会影响市场效率及长期发展，并得出几个推论：P2P网络借贷市场的利率水平不会无止境的上升，且P2P网络借贷平台的利润不总是随利率的提高而提高；平台可以通过降低对每个借款人的借款规模以在保持较高利率的同时增加收益；而若信息不对称减弱或者被消除，平台就可以不同的借款人实行差别利率以提高利润。在此基础上，笔者提出了引入担保和保险、促进信息均等化和完善征信体系等解决方案。90049

In recent years, the domestic peer-to-peer lending industry has been developing rapidly, but at the same time, it also encounters the problem of moral hazard and adverse selection caused by information asymmetry。 This paper through the mapping method, comparative analysis method and model analysis method, based on the establishment of a uniform distribution model, the information asymmetry of P2P lending market are analyzed, that asymmetric information will affect the market efficiency and long-term development, and draws some inferences: P2P lending market interest rates will not rise indefinitely and, the P2P network lending platform profit is not always with the interest rate increase; platform can decrease for each borrower borrowing to increase revenue to maintain a high interest rate at the same time; and if the information asymmetry weakened or eliminated, the platform can be different borrowers and different interest rates to increase profits。 On this basis, the author put forward the introduction of security and insurance, promote the equalization of information and improve the credit system and other solutions。
