（一）研究背景
21世纪以来，随着经济、科技的不断提升与迅猛发展，随之也带来了一系列的问题，其中最令人担忧的便是环境问题。人类对自然大范围的开发与改造，随意率性的进行破坏，填湖造田，化石燃料的大量焚烧，这一切都造成了地球体内二氧化碳的大量增加以及由此带来的温室效益、全球变暖、极端天气和一些频繁发生的气象灾害。环境的恶化以及资源的日益匮乏都在不断提醒着人们反省自己过去所犯下的过错，寻求解决的途径。过去粗放型的发展观念在现在看来早已不合适，我们需要寻求一种更加绿色、更加环保、更加可持续的一种发展方式。而如何减少二氧化碳排放，也开始为越来越多的国家所重视，节能减排已经在全球范围内达成了一种共识。
