摘要随着跨境电子商务的发展逐渐步入成熟期，国内跨境物流市场也迎来了爆发式增长。物流是制约跨境电商的重要原因之一，其发展前景，挑战和机遇并存。本文主要针对当前跨境电子商务下的物流模式，进行深入研究。根据各物流模式的优劣对比，分析其各自的竞争优势；通过对典型案例的研究,剖析其存在的问题。从而给从事电商交易的外贸企业，在物流选择上提供参考，并提出跨境电商企业发展物流的对策。使得企业打破时间、空间和成本上的约束，实现跨境电商与物流融合发展。47739

As the development of cross-border e-commerce getting mature, logistics market ushered in explosive growth in China. Logistics is becoming one of the vital reasons to restrict cross-border e-commerce. Challenges and opportunities coexist in its future. This paper aims to deeply researching the logistics model under the current cross-border electronic commerce. Analyze their competitive advantage according to the comparison between advantages and disadvantages of the logistics model. Analyze its existing problems through the typical case. To provide the reference in the choice of logistics for those engaging in cross-border e-commerce, as well as put forward the countermeasure of cross-border business enterprise logistics development. Make the enterprise break the constraints of time, space and cost, and thus to achieve the fusion of cross-border e-commerce and logistics.
