摘要：股指期货应股票市场风险管理的市场需求而产生，并且在最近二十多年的时间里发展成为20世纪最成功的金融衍生品之一。这是因为它本身具有显著优越性，于是股指期货的交易规模和市场影响力得到快速发展。目前，中国股指期货已经完成了制度和技术方面的要求，研究股指期货给我国股票市场带来的影响有十分重要的意义。本文把股票指数期货（简称股指期货）作为研究对象，根据其的特点和功能，立足A股发展现状，分析了股指期货推出将对A股市场带来的影响，并对在我国发展股指期货提出了一些建议和看法。66806

Abstract: Stock index futures comes into the market with the demand of stock market risk management. And in recent twenty years, it has become one of the most successful financial derivatives. It is because itself has obvious superiority, so the scope of trade and the influence of market have developed rapidly. At present, China’s stock index futures has completed the requirement of institutions and technology. It is significant for us to study the influence that stock index futures bring into stock marker. In this article, the stock index futures is used as the research object. Then according to the features and functions of stock index futures and based on the A shares development present situation, we analyzed the impact of A share market after launch the stock index futures. This paper also puts forward some suggestions and views for China’s development of stock index futures.
