摘要融资难、融资贵一直是中小企业普遍存在的沉疴。2015年以来，中国制造业采购经理指数（PMI）持续走低，一度跌破50%，反映出我国经济下行压力巨大，中小企业发展严重地受到金融瓶颈的制约。融资难已经成为阻碍中小企业正常发展的首要问题，民间借贷则为其提供了另一种融资途径。82625

本文首先阐述了民间借贷在中小企业融资的利用情况和国内外研究现状，再对民间资本参与中小企业融资进行了博弈分析。得出研究结果的基础上提出目前我国民间金融的改善方案。

Title   A Game Analysis of the Financing Predicament of the SMEs   in Our Country Based on Non-lending                                         

Abstract Financing difficulties, financing expensive is always a Common problem for the Small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)。 Since 2015, China's manufacturing purchasing managers' index (PMI) has been remain low,even below 50%,reflect that it’s a huge downward pressure on our country’s economy,the development of small and medium-sized enterprises seriously restricted by financial bottleneck。Financing difficulties has become a priority of the issues hampering the normal development of SMEs, non-lending provided another kind of financing way。

After summarizing and analyzing overseas and domestic researches and the practice of non-lending using in the SMEs financing, this paper conducts a game analysis for Private capital l to participate in the SMEs financing。Proposing a financing plan ,and effectively improving the external financing environment of SMEs based on the research results。

改革开发以来，中小企业发展的脚步一直没有停歇。2015年中国中小企业发展报告指出，我国中小企业数量已超过7000万，约占全国企业总数的99。9%，在工商部门注册的中小企业也超过了1000万。中小企业为我国GDP、税收、就业作出了巨大的贡献，但作为目前中小企业融资重点的商业银行，却将其大部分资金贷给了国有大型企业，中小企业从中得到的资金远远不能满足其日益增长的需求。论文网
