摘要随着企业信息化的发展,企业以往的人工管理采购的办法由于效率偏低,人力成本过高,已经不适合现代化企业。而采购管理系统能够很好的解决这些问题。
本系统主要通过B/S架构设计,开发工具使用MyEclipse,服务器通过Tomcat搭建,后台逻辑整合了Struts2,、Hibernate、Spring三大框架进行管理,前端通过JSP技术与后台进行较,并且结合Mysql数据库开发。整套系统涵盖了基本的采购记录浏览、采购计划的制定和审批、采购订单提交和修改、采购定价的查询及制定、供货商的管理等基本功能。通过对本软件的使用,使公司的供应部经理与采购员能够加强相互间的交流和业务处理。通过这种通俗易懂的操作,使得无论是采购计划的制定,还是采购订单的申请以及审批都变得更加便捷。使所有低效率的劳动、浪费、供应商与采购商之间相互制约的因素消除,以此而扩大的供需链的高效产出的目的。同时,本系统还兼带有对供应部基本人员资料、基本业务内容的管理系统,在进行采购员维护的时候,管理员可以对系统内的采购员的基本资料进行修改。86958
