摘要: 在日趋激烈的市场竞争环境中,需要运用先进的IT信息技术和现代管理思想来提高房地产行业的管理水平、工作效率和服务质量。进一步降低运营成本、提高经济效益,最终提升房地产销售公司的市场竞争力。为此,本文研制开发了房屋销售管理信息系统, 系统包括管理员模块和销售员模块。管理员可以管理操作员信息和房源信息,操作员可以查看房源,出售房源,管理客户信息等功能。本系统的应用对于规范房地产市场运作和管理具有一定的现实意义。基于B/S架构的房屋销售管理信息系统正日益满足消费者的需求。本论文所描述的系统是在Microsoft最新开发的ASP.NET环境中,采用C#程序设计语言,以Visual Studio2008和SQL Server2005作为开发工具,采用ADO.NET连接SQL Server 2005数据库而实现的一种基于WEB平台的房屋销售管理信息系统。3803

Housing sales management information system
Abstract: In the increasingly fierce market competition environment, we need to use advanced IT information technology and modern management ideas to improve the management of the real estate industry level, work efficiency and service quality. To further reduce operating costs, improve economic efficiency, and ultimatel enhance the real estate sales of the company's market competitiveness. Therefore, the paper developed housing sales management information system, this system includes the administrator module and sales module. The administrator can manage the operators’ information and supply information, and the operators can query the houses, sale the houses, and manage customers’ information and other functions. The application of this system has a certain practical significance in regulating the real estate market operation and management. Housing sales management information system based on B/S architecture is increasingly meeting consumer demand. The system this paper describes are developed in Microsoft latest ASP.NET environment using C# programming language, the use of ADO.NET to connect SQL Server 2005 database and the implementation of a web-based platform management system for home sales.
