Abstract: With the continuous progress and development of computer technology, science and technology concerning computers has been very common in people’s daily lives from something of a large scale such as cloud computing and cloud storage to things of a smaller scale like apps in mobile phones. The software industry has been taking on a strong momentum in recent years. A growing number of entrepreneurs and enterprises have devoted themselves to the software industry. In the process of developing projects, it is necessary for enterprises to have a good command of the project. This topic introduces the visual working-hour management system based on the department's working-hour management process and mainly designed to meet the need of working-hour statistics and audits, so as to improve the efficiency of the traditional methods of working-hour management. This paper will identify the project development process as the main line, and carry out study and discussion from the angles of demand analysis, summary design, detailed design, coding, testing and other aspects.
