摘要本文介绍了泰勒级数的产生、发展及应用。泰勒公式及泰勒级数是极重要的数学工具，在各数学问题的解决中起着重要的作用，通常用来解决以下问题：求函数的近似值及误差估计；证明不等式；求函数的极限；求函数在某点的高阶导数值；研究函数的极值等。本文以泰勒级数为理论基础，用工程技术中的实例详尽阐述了泰勒级数展开的一阶近似和二阶近似在求解非线性数学问题及复杂函数近似解中的重要作用。同时以概率论及无理数证明为实例，阐述了泰勒级数的应用。65256

Title         Taylor series and its applications          

Abstract

This paper introduces the generation and development of Taylor series. Taylor formula and Taylor series as important mathematical tools, which play important roles in mathematical problems, are often used to solve the following problems: the approximation of functions and the error estimate, proving inequalities, getting the limits of functions, the value of the higher derivative of functions at some point, studying the  extreme values of functions, etc. Based on Taylor series as the theoretic foundation, with engineering examples, this paper elaborates the important role that Taylor series expansion of the first-order approximation and the second order approximation have played in solving nonlinear mathematical problems and complex functions approximation solution. In instances of probability theory and irrational Numbers at the same time, this paper expounds the applications of its feature as the nature of the power series.
