摘要在我国,锅炉设备是大工厂里必不可少的一个能源转换设备,不论是电厂、钢铁厂、 船厂或者纺织厂等等,只要与生产制造相关的行业,在生产过程中都可以看到锅炉的影 子。所以对锅炉的设计改良或者说创新都与相关的产业紧密相连。而在锅炉的设计中, 水动力特性是一个相当重要的环节,但由于其计算的复杂性,使得水动力方面的参数构 造较为困难,因此,开发一款辅助性的计算软件是很有必要的。81365
本文主要是先通过锅炉中的水循环系统进行分析来计算锅炉的水动力特性以及流 动阻力,进而对所分析的系统结构进行数据建模,最后综合建立一个锅炉水动力计算的 数学模型。在此基础上,结合该工程的实际应用情况,使用 C++编程语言,并且运用 Visual Studio 2015 可视化编程软件和 Excel 2012 进行混合编程,从而开发一款可视化的 锅炉水动力计算的软件。该软件的主要用来对锅炉水动力方面的特性、设计、系统构造 等进行计算,并存储结果数据。该软件中还内嵌了水和水蒸气热力性质的计算。该软件 计算的所有结果都会以 Excel 表格形式来进行保存,以方便使用者对结果的查看和分析。

Abstract In our country, the boiler equipment is a indispensable energy conversion device in a large factory。 Whether it is power plants, steel mills, shipyards, textile mills and so on, as long as manufacturing-related industries, you can see the shadow of the boiler in the production process 。 In the design of the boiler, the hydrodynamic characteristics is a very important part, but because of the complexity of its calculation, making the hydrodynamic aspects of the configuration parameters is difficult, therefore, to develop a complementary calculation software is necessary 。
This paper is the first to calculate the hydrodynamic characteristics and resistance to flow through the boiler in the boiler water circulation system analysis, and then analyzed the structure of the system for data modeling, and finally a comprehensive mathematical model of a boiler hydrodynamic calculation。On this basis, combined with the actual application of the project, using the C++ programming language,in order to develop a visual boiler hydrodynamic calculation software。The software is mainly used to calculate for the characteristics,the design and the system configuration of the boiler hydrodynamic,and store the results of date。The software is also embedded in the calculation of thermodynamic properties of water and water vapor。The software, all results are calculated will be used to save the Excel spreadsheet, to facilitate the user to view and analyze the results。
