摘 要本文主要是针对常柴 2015 型柴油机进行的连杆螺栓设计过程,作为一种船 用柴油机,其在工作过程中连杆会受到很大的冲击与振动,所以对于连杆部件的 可靠性设计具有很高的要求。连杆螺栓作为一种常见的螺栓紧固件,它的设计主 要包括结构设计和强度设计两个部分。结构设计包括对连杆大小端的设计、连杆 杆身的设计、以及大小端与杆身的接触部分的设计和连杆螺栓的设计;强度设计 主要是通过对连杆螺栓进行动力分析得出其受力情况,根据受力状况在 ANSYS 中进行有限元分析,得出连杆部件在最大拉伸和压缩载荷情况下的应力和应变情 况。通过对比连杆螺栓有限元分析结果与连杆螺栓经典计算的结果,改善连杆螺 栓的设计,在保障柴油机安全生产的前提下,节省材料提高经济效益。84403

Abstract The major works of this paper are dynamic analysis of connecting rod,strength calculation for connecting rod bolt of Chang Chai 2015 diesel engine,When the marine diesel engine works, the connecting rod will be subjected to great impact and vibration, so the reliability design of the connecting rod components has a very high requirements。,Connecting rod bolt is a kind of common bolt fastener, its design mainly structural design and strength design。The structure design includes the design of the two ends of the connecting rod, the design of the connecting rod body, the design of the contact part of the connecting rod and the rod body, and the design of the connecting rod bolt;Strength design is mainly through the connecting rod bolt for dynamic analysis of the force, according to the stress state in ANSYS for finite element analysis, it is concluded that the connecting rod parts under the maximum tensile and compressive load of stress and strain situation。By comparing the results of finite element analysis of connecting rod bolt and the classical calculation of connecting rod bolt, the design of connecting rod bolt is improved, which can save material to improve economic efficiency in the premise of ensuring safe production of diesel engine。
