摘要本系统研究的是家用快速热水器的性能,随着热水器市场逐渐壮大,现今 热水器已成我们日常生活中必不可少的用品。而燃气热水器因其自身特有的快 速热水、操作方便、使用舒适等特有优点一直都占有一席之地。本文主要探索 的是燃气热水器的热流量、热效率和热水产率三个性能,并用组态软件对此热 水器进行自动化检测。84524
首先,在了解了热水器的基本结构和分析了其热水原理以及掌握了整个系 统的工作流程之后,在符合国家标准 GB6932-2001《家用燃气快速热水器》标 准的基础上针对原实验系统进行了测控总体方案设计。然后,对此系统中所需 的硬件如温度传感器、压力传感器、流量计、数据采集卡等设备进行了硬件选 型;最后,对控制系统的软件部分进行了分析和设计,本系统采用的是 MCGS 组 态软件进行控制,分别完成了软件的界面设计、系统的实时数据库数据添加、 系统的运行策略脚本的编写、系统的运行环境调试等工作。 毕业论文关键字:燃气热水器、性能、自动化、检测
Abstract The study of the system is the performance of domestic fast water heater, with the water heater market gradually growing, the current water heater has become an indispensable commodity in our daily life。 The gas water heater has a place for its own unique advantages such as fast hot water, easy to operate, comfortable use and so on。 This paper is mainly to explore the gas water heater heat flow, thermal efficiency and hot water production rate of three performance, and use the configuration software for automatic detection of water heater。
First of all, in the understanding of the basic structure of water heater and analyzes its hot water principle and master the work flow of the whole system, this paper in accordance with the standard GB6932-2001 "new gas water heater" standard of heat flux and heat efficiency of gas water heater and hot water yield were calculated; secondly, after meeting the requirements for the detection of automation, the system overall design, complete the design of pneumatic circuit, water circuit design and control system; then, analyzes the system hardware required for temperature sensor, pressure sensor, flow meter, data acquisition card and combining their desired range the safety, accuracy, range and other factors were completed the selection of hardware; then, the software design of control system, this system is used in MCGS group In this part, the software interface design, the system's real-time database data adding, the system running strategy script writing, the system running environment debugging and so on are completed。
