摘要我国现阶段农地残膜的处理方式造成了大量难以降解的白色污染,残留于土壤中 农地膜碎片甚至严重影响到国家的粮食产量,农地残膜的危害与日俱增。农地残膜撕 碎机作为中国农地残膜回收利用相关产业发展的载体,对我国由农地残膜回收利用相 关项目的研究与发展起着决定性作用。本论文针对其工作原理及功能,主要研究了农 地残膜撕碎机辊筒的结构设计、静力学分析、辊筒主体结构的有限元综合分析校核及 其优化设计分析。 84556
论文首先论述了国内、外撕碎机工业的研究现状,并对我国关于撕碎机,尤其是 农地残膜撕碎机的研究历程进行了详尽介绍。根据农地残膜撕碎机的工作原理、工作 过程及所实现的功能提出了该撕碎机辊筒的总体设计方案并对其进行载荷和稳定性 分析。
其次对农地残膜撕碎机辊筒的主体结构利用 proe 软件构建了其三维模型。并且 利用 Ansys Workbench 软件对整个辊筒进行了进一步的综合分析,共计进行了静力学 分析、模态分析校核,验证了该结构的设计满足工作条件要求,验证了其设计的合理 性与实用性。
最后以已有辊筒结构为蓝本,以可能出现的诸多问题为依据,重新优化辊筒结构。 创建优化后辊筒结构的三维模型,然后对优化后的辊筒结构进行有限元综合分析,并 与原设计辊筒的有限元分析结论进行对比。

Abstract Currently, the treatment of residual film of the farmlands in China has caused serious white pollution,nevertheless,the membrane fragments of residues in soil seriously have affected the country's grain output。The harm of farmland residual film is growing hard increasingly。 Farmland residual film shredding machine is viewed as the carrier of farmland residual film recycling industry in China。It plays a decisive role in the researching and development of farmland residual film recycling projects。 In this papper, we have mainly studied the structure design of the machine, the statics analysis of roller, the main structure of the finite element analyzing checking and the optimization design and analysis, based on working principle and function of the farmland residual film shredding machine。
Firstly,we discuss the domestic and foreign researching present situation of the shredding machine industry and make detailed introduction of the researching course of the counterparts in China, especially the farmland residual film shredding machine。 According to the working principle, working process and functions of the residual film shredding machine ,we have proposed the overall design of the shredding machine and made analysis of its load and stability。
Secondly,we use PROE software to build the 3 d model of main body structure of the roller in farmland residual membrane shredding machine。And Ansys Workbench software is used to make the further comprehensive analysis of the roller,which has included the statics analysis,modal analysis。It also proves that the design of this structure can satisfy the requirement of the machine’s working conditions。 This design is proved to be rational and practical。
Finally, based on the current roller structureand the problems that may occur, we will optimize the structure of roller again。We will create 3d model of the optimized cylinder structure。We will also make the comprehensive finite element analysis of the structure of the optimized roller and make comparison between the the original design and the current conclusion。
