摘要塑料注射成型机是一种将热塑性或热固性塑料材料成型设备,通过注塑机和模具来完成注塑成型,注射系统包括传动、塑化、注射三个部分组成,传动设施运用了单级齿轮减速器和三相异步电动机来满足设计需求,塑化设施使用三级变径螺杆与料筒一起结合对坯料进行塑化,注射设施则用了使用液压缸与往复螺杆注射装置和组合,由液压缸活塞推动螺杆完成注射过程并在塑化过程的下一个周期的自动返回。该装置具有结构简单、性能可靠、易制造、高效节能的特点。84870
本次主要设计的是节能型注塑机的液压系统部分和电控部分,主要目的是对注塑机的液压系统进行节能设计,在保证系统正常运行的情况下达到节能的目的。注塑机内设置液压系统和电控部分,主要对液压系统节能原理方案的设计、液压系统设计计算及元件选择、电气控制的设计,并绘制相关图纸。

Abstract The injection molding machine is mainly plastics molding thermoplastic or thermosetting material using plastic mold made of various shapes of the preparation。 Injection molding is realized through the injection machine and the mold and injection system including transmission device, plasticizing device, an injecting device three parts, transmission device using single stage gear deceleration device and a three-phase asynchronous motor meets the design requirements, plasticizing device using tertiary variable screw and barrel combined with the completion of the blank of plasticizing, injection device using the hydraulic cylinder and reciprocating screw combination, by the hydraulic cylinder piston drives the screw through the injection process and in the next cycle of plasticizing process automatically screw returned。 The characteristics of the designed device has the advantages of simple structure, reliable performance, easy manufacture, high efficiency and energy saving。
