摘要随着现代反舰武器特别是半穿甲导弹的不断发展,舰船抗穿甲防护问题日益突出, 复合材料由于具有高比强度和高比刚度,在舰船防护中得到越来越多的应用,在所有材 料中,由于陶瓷的密度小,质量轻,且成本相对于其他材料低,是未来复合装甲中必不 可缺的材料,复合靶采用钢-陶瓷-钢的结构,由于陶瓷的脆性高,受到冲击容易向外扩 散,可以在复合装甲的陶瓷夹层施加一个约束,当穿甲弹和破甲弹弹流击中陶瓷时,碎 裂的陶瓷块及粉末,收到约束环的向内挤压作用,向着穿甲弹或射流的相反方向飞出, 打击弹芯或射流,提高防护能力。本文采用 ls-dyna 模块对复合靶在不同的形状约束下 以及不同层厚比复合靶在约束的情况下的动力学仿真,得到最优方案。86017

论文中我将首先讨论国内外约束性陶瓷复合装甲的研究现状以及对钢-陶瓷-钢复合 靶和正方形约束下的复合靶两种情况进行比较,在确认约束对于复合靶的确有优化效果 以后,会进行复合靶在不同形状的约束下的防侵彻效果比较,最后会进行不同层厚比的 复合靶在约束下的动力学仿真,得到最优靶体结构。

仿真结果会用后处理软件 ls-prepost 进行直观的显示,一般的主要参数为弹头的剩 余速度,靶的最大破坏直径,弹头的剩余质量等。

In this article I will first discuss the binding at home and abroad and the research status of ceramic composite armor target, as well as to the single steel steel - ceramic - steel composite target and a square composite target under the restriction of three kinds of circumstances, to identify constraints for composite target is after the optimization effect, will be carried out in composite target in different shapes under the constraint of anti penetration effect comparison, finally will be carried out in different layer thickness ratio of composite target under the constraint of dynamics simulation, the optimal target structure。

Simulation results with post-processing software ls-propest intuitive display, generally residual velocity of the main parameters of the warhead, the target of maximum diameter, the remainder of the warhead quality, etc。
