摘要随着科技世界的日益发展,人们对于物体的性能及结构有了越来越清晰的认知。在锅炉行业,除了对能源利用效率的重视,还要考虑材料的性能。省煤器的蛇形管通常较细,而管内流体和管外烟气在扫掠管壁时,必定对蛇形管造成冲击,造成蛇形管的轻微位移。因此,研究省煤器蛇形管内流体之间的相互作用,对于锅炉行业具有较大意义,也给省煤器制造业提供一份参考和建议。省煤器主要有蛇形管和联箱组成,本文主要研究蛇形管与流体的相互作用。86029
本文主要阐述省煤器的研究发展状况,并根据实际情况设计一款省煤器。同时重点研究蛇形管与管内水的流固耦合情况。通过Fluent软件最终得到的相关图表,进行分析得到结论。流固耦合涉及范围较广,本设计模拟速度对流固耦合的影响,用不同流速流体模拟管道内的位形变化,最终得到流速的增加使液体对管壁的冲击加强,尤其体现在管道入口和弯道处。对此提出相关改进意见减缓流固耦合。

Abstract With the increasing development of science and technology in the world, people have more and more clear for the object's performance and structure of cognition。In boiler industry, in addition to pay attention to the energy efficiency, we also need considering the performance of the material。 The serpentuator of economizer is usually fine,When scanning the wall , the fluid in the tube and the smoke outside the tube must cause impact to coil, resulting in a slight displacement of the coiled pipe。Therefore, the study of interaction between the fluid and economizer serpentine tube for the boiler industry has great significance,which also offers a reference and suggestion to the economizer manufacturing。 The economizer is mainly composed of a serpentine tube and header。 This paper mainly studies the interaction between the serpentine and fluid。
This article details the research and development status of the economizer and design of a economizer according to the actual situation。 At the same time, it focus on the fluid-solid coupling between the serpentine tube and the fluid in the tube 。 By Fluent to simulate the resulting relevant charts, the results are compared to get the conclusion。Fluid-structure coupling has a wide range, this article studies the influence of velocity and the fluid-structure coupling, different velocity of the fluid was used to simulate the configuration change of tube, which finally concludes the the faster the rate,the strengthener the impact on the wall,Especially at the entrance and bend of the tube。Then put forward relevant suggestions to improve the fluid-structure coupling。
