摘要Top-1250平板上悬式刮刀卸料离心机中刮刀是以液压动作系统为驱动,以气体辅助为条件,在转鼓内进行横向和纵向运动,从而消除残余在转鼓壁上的滤渣,使得机器正常工作。在目前的刮刀卸料离心机中刮刀的结构较为简单,不能有效刮除滤渣,且尺寸较大,与转鼓壁间隙较小,所用材料的硬度强度也较高,更容易刮烂转鼓壁,致使机器不能够正常工作,从而降低了离心机的工作效率。本课题主要是利用已知的基本参数和主要尺寸,通过三维软件Pro/E完成离心机整体的建模,并且在了解离心机刮刀的工作原理之后,对刮刀进行建模,并利用Ansys Workbench软件对刮刀的结构形式和尺寸进行静力分析及设计优化,将新旧刮刀的静力分析结果互相对比,最终选择合适有效的优化方案,并画出优化之后的结构图。在本研究课题中,设计优化后的刮刀达到了将物料刮除更为干净,提高离心机工作效率,节约生产成本的目的。在设计优化的几个方案中,方案一的优化结果较好,较有实用性。86038

Abstract Scraper type suspended a Top-1250 plate unloading centrifuge blade is driven by hydraulic system, gas assisted conditions, in the drum of horizontal and vertical movement , in order to remove the residual in the wall of the filter residue , the normal operation of the machine。 In the present scraper discharge centrifuge scraper structure is relatively simple, can not effectively scraping residue removal and size is larger, and the drum wall clearances, material strength and hardness is higher, more easily scratch rotten drum wall, causing the machine can not work normally, thus reducing the work efficiency of the centrifugal machine。 This topic is mainly using the known basic parameters and main sizes, through the three-dimensional software Pro/E completed centrifuge modeling, and after the working principle of the centrifugal scraper, scraper modeling and static analysis and design optimization by Ansys Workbench software and the scraper structure and size, then the static analysis results of the old and new scraper are compared with each other, final choice of appropriate and effective optimization scheme, and draw the optimized and structure chart。 In the subject of this research, design optimized scraper has reached the goal of scraping the material out of the cleaner and improving efficiency of the centrifuge, and saving production cost。 In the design optimization of a few programs ,the first one is better and more practical。
