本文将沉降式离心机与过滤式离心机的优点结合起来,使其在两个不同加工阶段发挥各自优点,用Pro/E对螺旋输送器进行三维建模,利用Ansys workbench对其进行有限元仿真。通过Ansys workbench对螺旋输送器三维整体进行静力分析和模态分析,并且对其进行了参数影响分析。本文通过对螺旋输送器三维在离心力、正压力、摩擦力等4种工况下进行分析,得出了螺旋输送器在各个工况下的应力强度及变形,并且对其强度和变形进行校核。对螺旋输送器三维进行模态分析,得出前6阶固有频率和振动特性,确保其远离临界转速。本文还改变螺旋输送器叶片厚度和导程,研究其与螺旋输送器强度和变形间的关系;改变螺旋输送器内筒壁厚,研究其对固有频率的影响,为螺旋输送器的优化提供依据。

Abstract Decanter centrifuge is widely used in industry,agriculture,medicine,food and other fields,in which the screw conveyor is the key component。The structure,shape and materials have a significant influence in the performance parameters,separation performance and service life of the decanter centrifuge。Therefore,the analysis of static force and vibration of decanter plays an important role。
This paper will combine the advantages of drum centrifuge and sieve centrifuge in different processing stages and model the screw conveyor with pro/E。We also use Ansys workbench for the finite element simulation。The Ansys workbench was used for the anaysis of static force,vibration and parameter influence of the screw conveyor。In this paper,through the 3D analysis of screw conveyor in the centrifugal force,positive pressure,friction and so on,wn get the stress and deformation of the screw conveyor under various working conditions and we check the strength and deformation。 After the 3D modal analysis of the screw conveyor ,we get the first 6 order natural frequency and vibration mode,ensuring it is far away from the critical speed。In this paper,we also change the blade thickness and guide of the screw conveyor and study the influence on the deformation and stress;we also change the cylinder wall thickness of the screw conveyor and study the influence on the natural frequence,providing a basis for the optimization of the screw conveyor。
