摘要进气系统是动力系统的重要组成部分,其布置形式的优劣、结构参数的好坏将直接影响到发动机的动力性能、燃烧效率和排放特性等。因而进气系统的设计也成为动力系统设计的关键部分之一。
本文设计的FSC赛车进气系统,采用先进的设计理念,经过GT-POWER软件的仿真模拟分析、CATIA软件的三文建模、GAMBIT的网格划分以及FLUENT软件的计算流体力学分析并得出相应的结果。然后针对分析结果对原方案进行分析和改进以及与NUT车队所使用的方案进行分析比对得出最后的结论,保证了设计的合理性和优越性。20988

Title FSC Racing Car Design-the design of the engine intake system
Abstract
Intake system is an important part of the power system, the arrangement and structural parameters will directly affect the dynamic performance of the engine, combustion efficiency and emission characteristics. Thus the design of the intake system has become a key part of the power system design.
The engine intake system of FSC racing car in this article is designed with advanced concepts. The system is analyzed and simulated by GT-POWER, is modeled by CATIA 3D modeling software, and is meshed in GAMBIT. After the computational fluid dynamics calculation in FLUENT, we get the corresponding results. Then according to the results of the analysis, the program is analyzed and improved. Meanwhile the results between the program designed in this article and the NUT team used is analyzed to get the final conclusion and to ensure the rationality of the design and superiority.
