摘要汽车悬架决定着汽车的舒适性和安全性,是由弹性元件、减振器、导向机构和稳定杆组成的。在本次设计中,重点在于对悬架系统的总体设计和结构设计,以某型越野车为背景,对悬架整体结构进行设计与分析,选用双横臂扭杆弹簧独立悬架。从高平顺性和高安全性要求出发,分别对上述四部分进行设计与分析,并利用CATIA软件对各子系统进行三文建模分析与校核,使悬架系统适应该越野车的工作环境,最后运用CAD对各个零件和装配件进行二文绘制,以供生产设计参考。25341

Title Design of the Suspension System of A Type of Off-road Vehicle --Design of Double Wishbone Independent Suspension with Torsion Bar Spring
Abstract
The comfort and safety of the car are determined by the vehicle suspension . Suspension system is made of spring,shock absorber,guiding mechanism and stabilizer. In this design ,the focus is the overall design and structural design of the suspension system.With a certain type of off-road vehicle as the background,the design and analysis of the overall structure of the suspension are completed,and the final selection is the double wishbone independent suspension with torsion bar spring.With high requirement of comfort and security,the four parts mentioned above are designed.In addition,CATIA is used to build three-dimensional modeling of the subsystems,and analyze them in a clear way.Finally,CAD is used to finish the two-dimensional drawing of the parts and assemblies ,for production design.
