摘 要:我国船舶行业经过近几十年的发展,逐渐地衍生出了以拖带运输为主要体系的拖航方法。近些年来,中小型企业以及城乡个体单位船舶行业的发展愈加迅速,船舶拖航作业发展也越来越快,因此对拖带系统的发展需求也是越来越大。
然而,关于拖带系统的科研发展情况其实并不容乐观,如若在基本情况上进行深入的探讨分析,便会发现诸多缺陷与不足,甚至已研发出的许多拖带设备已不满足时代要求,所以现在我国的拖带系统,依然存在着许多的问题与不足去等待探究与改善。
本文主要论述CMHI-163项目拖带系统设计及通过有限元分析进行的强度校核。设计根据中国巨力集团所提供的《GIVE ME WHERE TO STAND AND I WILL MOVE THE WORLD》中的母型进行选材与系统布置,采用西门子开发的FEMAP软件进行有限元分析以完成强度校核。
论文共有五章内容,第一章绪论部分主要介绍了我国拖带系统当下发展状态及未来展望;第二章对拖带系统在高科技设备以及工作中的应用(深拖系统与声学定位)进行了一定的研究与分析;本文后三章是全文的重点内容。第三、第四章是本文的设计部分,分别介绍了此次设计的主要参考规范及设计流程;最后一章即为强度校核部分,所用软件为FEMAP有限元分析软件,文中对此软件有相应介绍。

Abstract:After decades of the development of Chinese shipbuilding industry, we have gradually derived the towing method of towing transportation as the main system. In recent years, the development of small and medium enterprises and urban and rural inpidual units has become more and more rapid. Hence the demand for the towing system is also growing.
However, the development of scientific research on the towing system is not optimistic. If the basic situations are analyzed in-depth, we will find a lot of shortcomings and deficiencies. A number of developed towing equipments have even not met the requirements of the times yet. Therefore, at present, for the towing system in our country, there are still many problems and shortcomings waiting for exploration and improvement.
This paper mainly discusses the design and strength check of CMHI-163 project towing system by using finite element analysis. According to the "GIVE ME WHERE TO STAND AND I WILL MOVE THE WORLD" supplied by China Juli Group, the material selection and the system layout were carried out. The FEMAP software developed by Siemens was used for the finite element analysis to implement the strength check.
There are five chapters in the paper. The first chapter introduces some of the major systems of towing current state of development and future prospects. The second chapter analyzes and studies the application of high-tech equipment and towing system work (deep towed acoustic positioning system) to a certain degree. The last three chapters are the focus of the full text. The third and fourth chapters are the design part of this paper, which introduce the design of the main reference norms and design process, respectively. The last chapter is the strength checking part. The software used is FEMAP finite element analysis software.
