摘要:海上能源的发现,使人们看到了利用海上能源解决陆地上资源匮乏问题的可能性。随着海上能源的进一步开发的推进,人们对作业效率、安全等方面的要求相应提高,甲板起重机械(船用吊机)是海上作业的重要设施,它的研究设计发展问题也得到了人们广泛关注。
本课题的提出是为了使吊机具有更出色的工作性能。船用吊机变向频繁、反复起动制动,液压系统所具有的的传动平稳、质量轻、响应快等优点可以满足吊机的工作要求,电液比例控制技术的控制精准、响应迅速也能达到吊机相应的控制要求。本次设计的船用吊机采用带比例控制的液压控制系统。
本文是在翻阅资料和进行数据的分析计算基础上完成的,文中主要内容有相关公式和计算、液压传动原理图的绘制以及电气控制原理图的绘制。本文做到的结果是将液压传动系统与电气技术和计算机控制技术相结合,为船用吊机设计一个液压控制系统,达到对船用吊机的可靠控制。

Abstract:The discovery of sea energy has led to the possibility of using maritime energy to address the scarcity of resources on land.With the further development of marine energy to promote the work efficiency, safety and other aspects of the corresponding increase in requirements, deck crane (marine crane) is an important facility for offshore operations, its research and design development issues have also had great attention.
The purpose of this topic is to make the crane have better performance.Marine crane to change frequently, repeated start and brake, the hydraulic system has a smooth transmission, light weight, fast response and other advantages to meet the work requirements of the crane. Electric and hydraulic proportional control technology can control precisely and respond rapidly, and that make it meet the corresponding control requirements of the crane well.
This paper is based on the analysis of data and data analysis based on the completion of the calculation.The main content of the text including related formulas and calculations, the drawing of hydraulic transmission schematics and the drawing of electrical control schematic.The result of this paper is to combine hydraulic drive system with electrical technology and computer control technology to design a hydraulic control system for marine crane to achieve reliable control of marine crane.
