摘要:本文是以某型号的Liftboat自升式风力发电安装平台作为背景,根据平台的结构特点和性能要求,为其进行桩靴结构的设计。并根据所设计的桩靴结构的特点,对桩靴进行了理论分析和建立模型,进而完成对桩靴的结构强度校核。
根据平台需要频繁更换作业地点的特点,桩靴采用了较大的上坡角设计以便于拔桩操作。几何外形采用了八边形,以增强了桩靴强度。本文根据桩靴工作环环境可能受到的载荷,对桩靴结构进行了详细的载荷分析。桩靴的强度校核是选取对海洋平台最不利的风暴自存工况为例,根据风暴载荷方向分为三个子工况,对桩靴进行全面的强度校核分析。本文运用的是有限元分析软件FEMAP对设计好的桩靴结构进行模型建立、边界约束、施加载荷、强度分析计算等操作,最终完成强度校核。

Abstract:This paper is based on a model of Liftboat jack-up wind power installation platform , to give a pile structure design on the basis of the structure characteristics of the platform and performance requirements, It analyzes the spudcan and builds the model, and then completes the structural strength checking of the spudcan.
According to the characteristics of the platform which needs to frequently change the location of the work, spudcan use a large uphill angle design to facilitate the pile operation.Geometric shape with an octagon to enhance the strength of the spudcan.A detailed load analysis of the spudcan structure is carried out under the load of the spudcan working environment. The strength check of the spudcan is taken as an example of the most unfavorable storm self-service condition is pided into three sub-conditions, and the spudcan strength is checked and analyzed.In this paper, the finite element analysis software FEMAP is used to model the spudcan structure,the boundary constraint, the applied load, the strength analysis and calculation, final completes the strength checking.
