摘要:水密门是维持船舶水密性的重要构件之一,对提高船舶水密性、抵抗各种破损灾害,最大程度保证船舶生命力、保障船员生命安全具有重要作用。近年来,新材料、新技术的发展推动了各国船舶水密门的升级换代。

本文对水密门的定义以及种类进行分析,并选取了铰链式水密门深入研究。通过学习ABS规范,了解水密门布置的要求,考虑布置过程中的注意事项。选取NG1800X自升自航式多功能平台104C/204C分段进行水密门布置及开孔的强度校核。利用规范进行水密舱段的计算设计,结合轮机布置图与水密舱壁布置图确定水密门的开孔位置,通过AUTOCAD绘制出水密门结构背景。对门孔的开孔加强计算,利用FEMAP软件校核其强度满足设计要求。参照规范,考虑舱内实际情况确定水密门的尺寸,检验水密门是否满足防火要求以及是否满足设计水压,完成NG1800X自升自航式多功能平台104C/204C分段水密门的布置图及强度校核。

Abstract:Watertight door is one of the important components to maintain the watertightness of the ship. It plays an important role in improving the watertightness of the ship, resisting various damaged disasters, ensuring the vitality of the ship and ensuring the safety of the crew. In recent years, the development of new materials and new technologies has promoted the upgrading of ships' watertight doors.

In this paper, the definition and types of watertight doors are analyzed, and the hinged watertight doors are selected for further study. By studying the ABS specification, understand the requirements of the watertight door layout, consider the precautions in the layout process. The NG1800X self-propelled multi-function platform 104C / 204C is selected to check the watertight door layout and the strength of the hole. The design of the watertight compartment is carried out by using the specification, and the location of the watertight door is determined by the arrangement diagram of the turbine and the layout of the watertight bulkhead. The background of the watertight door is drawn by AUTOCAD. The hole of the hole to strengthen the calculation, the use of FEMAP software to check its strength to meet the design requirements. Refer to the specifications, consider the actual situation of the cabin to determine the size of the watertight door, check whether the watertight door to meet the fire requirements and whether to meet the design of water pressure, complete NG1800X self-propelled self-propelled multi-function platform 104C /  204C sub-water door layout and strength Check.
