摘要矩形拼焊件是典型的非轴对称件,在拉深成形中出现焊缝偏移现象,会影响拉深成形件的质量。本文对矩形拼焊件的拉深成形的特点和可能出现的缺陷进行了分析。利用Solidworks建立CAD模型,然后将其导入有限元分析软件Dynaform中进行拉深成形的仿真分析。探讨板厚比m、凹模圆角半径R凹、凸模圆角半径R凸、凸模转角半径Ra、压边力及焊缝位置对矩形拼焊件成形性能及焊缝偏移的影响。最后,利用正交试验法进行了多因素的参数优化,得出最优的工艺参数,为以后实际生产中的有限元应用提供了一定的方法。28617

Title Finite Element Analysis And Technology Research For The Deep Drawing Of Tailor Welded Rectangular
Abstract
Rectangle is a typical non-axially symmetric parts. The weld offset phenomenon occurs in deep drawing, and will affect the quality of deep drawing parts.
The main characteristics and the possible defects of tailor welded rectangular in deep drawing were analyzed. First, finite element analysis of tailor welded rectangular was molded by Solidworks. Then, simulation analysis of deep drawing was accomplished by finite element simulation analysis software Dynaform. And influence of thickness ratio, die radius, punch radius, punch corner radius, BHF and the position of weld on forming properties of tailor welded rectangular and weld offset were discussed. Finally, an optimum parameters was obtained by using orthogonal test method to finish parameter optimization of multiple factors .The research on deep drawing of tailor welded rectangular provides some methods on the actual production for the future application of the finite element.
