摘要:轧钢生产时将钢锭或者钢坯轧制成钢材的生产环节。用轧制方法生产钢材,具有生产效率高,品种多,生产过程连续性强,易于实现机械自动化等优点。因此,它比锻造、挤压、拉拔等工艺得到更加广泛的应用。冷剪机是在冶金工业中经常用来对轧件进行切头、切尾或者切定尺的机械设备。作为剪切机械中的一种,冷剪机在冶金、航空、国防工业,以及印刷等轻工业均有广泛的应用。随着近些年来中小工业企业的发展,对钢板、型钢及棒线材的大量使用,对剪切机的需求量亦随之增大,剪切机的发展前途将更加的广阔。5994
力达重工制造有限公司的850T冷剪机是十多年以前所设计的产品,如今我们要对其进行一系列的改进设计,使其跟上时代的步伐。本次毕业设计我的题目是“850T冷剪机传动系统的改进设计”。就是主要负责850T冷剪机的传动系统的改进设计,传动系统的主要部件包括电动机、离合器、飞轮、齿轮减速箱、偏心轴等。对这些部件在原来的基础上进行一系列的优化改进设计,其中包括部件的参数、传动的结构、制造的工艺性等,以及一些关键部件的关键部位进行强度校核。使得整台设备从结构,制造,运行各方面变得更加合理。

850T Cold Shear Transmission System Improving Design
Abstract:
Production of rolling ingot or billet rolled into steel production processes. Production of steel by rolling method has the advantages of high production efficiency, variety, and the continuity of the production process, easy to implement mechanization and automation. Therefore, it has been more widely used than forging, extrusion, drawing and other process. Cold shear is often used in the metallurgical industry to rolling cutting head, cut tail or cut length of mechanical equipment. As a shearing machinery, cold shears have a wide range of applications in metallurgy, aviation, defense industry, as well as printing and other light industry. With the development of small and medium-sized industrial enterprises in recent years, the extensive use in the steel, steel bar and wire rod the shears demand increases, the future development of the shearing machine will be more broad.
Shanghai Lida Heavy manufacturing company’s 850T cold shear is designed ten years ago. Now we want to improve it. To make it working for a long time. My graduation project topic is "850T cold shear transmission system improving design". Primarily responsible for the transmission 850T cold shear Improved Design. The main assembly of transmission system includes a motor, clutch, flywheel, gear box, crank shaft,etc. Improve design these components based on original. Including component parameters, transmission structure and the process of manufacturing. As well as some of the key components’ strength check. Making the entire device from the structure, manufacture, operation aspects become more reasonable.
