摘要大口径火炮在发射过程中的后坐阻力很大,设计时应特别注意架体的刚度,特别是上架的刚度。利用现代设计理论和方法研究复杂载荷作用下上架刚度问题及改进设计。采用新的结构设计理论设计一款满足大口径车载火炮发射要求的高刚度上架,并利用三文建模软件建立该上架的CAD模型。然后,选用HyperMesh软件对设计的上架进行网格划分及前处理,建立有限元模型,再用ABAQUS软件对上架进行有限元分析计算,并根据计算结果进行合理分析、做出有效的方案修改,使之满足刚度和强度设计要求,为该类机构的设计提供参考依据。7867

Title the Structure Design and Analysis of the High Stiffness Top Carriage of A Gun
Abstract
Recoil of large caliber artillery in the force fired process is very large, particular attention should be paid to the stiffness of carriages in designing, especially the stiffness of the top carriage. The research of carriages stiffness and design modification under complex loads is made using the modern design theory and methods. Using the new structural design theory, a top carriage is designed to meet the high stiffness of the large-caliber car gun firing requirements,and a CAD model of the top carriage with 3D modeling software is built. Then, HyperMesh software is chosen to mesh and pre-treatment the carriage CAD model. The finite element model is established and analyzed of the top carriage with ABAQUS. Effective design is modified according to the calculation results, and the stiffness and strength of the top carriage is improved to meet design requirements. The method used in this paper can provide reference design and optimization of similar mechanical structure.
