摘要初始弹道阶段的各种条件,特别是装药结构和挤进压力,对整个内弹道过程的影响极大。所以对初始弹道期间膛压变化、炮弹速度变化以及其它相关参数的研究成为一项重要的课题。本文的主要内容是进行155mm火炮起始弹道实验系统的密封结构和击发机构的设计。本文的设计思想是仿照经典火炮56式85mm加农炮的炮尾炮闩结构形式,给合实验用炮特殊操作条件对其中的部分机构形式加以修改和简化,然后根据给定的膛压、药室容积以及底火击发能量等相关参数,给合机械设计的一般原则确定机构的结构尺寸和相关参数,并对主要零部件进行应力分析和强度校核,保证实现特定功能,满足实验系统的要求。59923

Title Design of a Breechblook
Abstract Con Condition of the initial trajectory, has a great impact on the whole ballistic process ,especially when the charging structure and the pressure caused by the squeezing of the bullet chang. In view of that,it becomes a very important issue to do research on the chang of chamber pressure and the speed of the bullet during the initial trajectory. The main contents of this paper is to design the firing mechanism and sealing mechanism of the 155mm artillery for test.The main idea of the paper is to build the model of a breechblook in the following of the classic 85mm cannon.Then according to the general principle of mechanical design and the given parameters,do the design work of every single part of the whole mechanism.At the end of the paper,check strength of the main parts:gun breech and breechblook,and make sure that they can hold the maximum pressure.
