摘要曲柄压力机是通过曲柄滑块机构将电动机的旋转运动转化为滑块的直线往复运动,从而对胚料进行成型加工的锻压机械。曲柄压力机工作平稳可靠,广泛应用于冲压、挤压、锻模和粉末冶金等工艺。本文论述了曲柄压力机的定义、组成和工作原理,以及压力机的分类。并根据给定参数,确定曲柄滑块部分的设计方案,如曲轴、连杆、滑块、滑动轴承以及推料、过载、封闭高度调节等装置。通过计算、校核确定各个零件的尺寸规格及安全。最后运用三维软件绘制曲柄压力机传动机构简图,完成对曲柄压力机曲柄滑块机构的设计。60079

Title The Slider-crank Mechanism Design of Open-cycle Crank Press
Abstract Crank pressure machine is a forging machine that changes the rotation of motor into the reciprocating motion of the slider ,so that the feedstock can be molded. The crank press movement is steady and reliable, and it is widely used in crafts such as ramming, extrusion, drop forging and powder metallurgy. This article discusses the definition, crank press composition and work principle, and the classification of the press. According to the given parameters, the overall design programme is given. The components of the slider-crank mechanism are including following, such as the crankshaft, connecting rod, slider, sliding bearings and overload, closed height adjustment devices so on. The size specifications of the various parts are determined by calculating and checking. Finally, three-dimensional modeling of the crank pressure machine is given to by using the Solid works.
