本课题主要是非接触搬运系统的设计,通过对现有非接触式装置的分析,提出非接触搬运系统的总体结构方案。通过对非接触系统的回路设计、结构选型、理论计算以及控制系统的设计,设计出整个非接触式搬运系统。本系统选用了无杆气缸及气动滑台完成整个系统的三文运动。使系统满足搬运要求。8299

Abstract
This topic is mainly about the design of non-contact handling system.Through to the analysis of the existing non-contact system.We put forward the subject about the overall steucrure of non-cantact handling system.By the non-contact system circuit design and choosing the structure of non-contact system and theory calculation and the design of control system.Finally we get the whole non-cantant handling system.In order to make the system meet the requirements we choose rodless cylinder and the pneumatic slippery set control 3D movement.
