摘要发动机每次循环吸入的新鲜空气质量随环境状态变化而变化,发动机进气过程的充气量和充气效率随环境状态变化而变化,明显影响发动机性能。研究表明,进气压力每升高lkPa则发动机扭矩增加约0.12%,进气温度每升高lK则发动机的功率约下降0.5%[1],,进气中的水分对发动机的功率影响很小,但对于排放尤其是氮氧化物的影响是不可忽视的。研究发动机进气状态对发动机性能的影响,以及对发动机进气状态进行控制具有十分重要的意义。8349
本文建立系统模型。设计出发动机进气处理装置,通过此系统的PI D控制调节发动机进气温度、压力和相对湿度,使之能够满足发动机性能试验的大气环境。应用组态软件对发动机进气处理系统进行动态仿真。

Abstract
