摘要反后坐装置是火炮关键部位之一,它的出现使火炮由刚性炮架变成了弹性炮架。弹 性炮架的出现使火炮在射击时的受力大幅度减小,为提高火炮作战威力创造了有力条件。 反后坐装置直接影响火炮的结构受力和发射时动态响应,对火炮寿命也有一定影响。由 此可见火炮反后坐装置的设计与分析,对于提高火炮的作战威力具有十分重要的意义。 后坐反面问题是指在各种射击条件下,已知反后坐装置的结构尺寸和制退机流液孔尺寸, 求解后坐方程得到后坐阻力和后坐运动速度、后坐位移等的分布函数的过程。69445

本文通过对某火炮反制退机进行反面计算,得出了其后坐阻力方程,并且通过改变 节制杆的尺寸对其进行优化,降低了后坐阻力的峰值,使其后坐阻力曲线更为平滑,提 高了火炮的稳定性。

Title Design and analysis of an artillery recoil mechanism

Abstract

Recoil mechanism is one of the key parts of the artillery, it appears that the artillery carriage from rigid to elastic .Elastic carriage make the recoil force substantially reduced when the artillery on shooting ,and created favorable conditions for improving artillery combat power. Recoil mechanism directly influence the structure stress and  dynamic response of the artillery , even has a certain effect on the artillery life.Thus design and analysis of the artillery recoil mechanism is very important to improve the combat power of the artillery. The recoil opposite problem is that got the function of recoil force、the function of velocity and the function of recoil displacement by solving the equation of recoil,when the shooting conditions various, structure size and liquid flow hole size of recoil mechanism have been known.

Got the function of recoil force by inverse calculated the recoil mechanism of an artillery in this article .And reduced the peak of the recoil resistance by changing the size of the control rod . At the same time,the recoil resistance curve became more smooth, the stability of the artillery was been improved.
