Title Design of Small Chamber Pressure Simulator with Variable Volume of the Combustion Chamber
Abstract The bore pressure simulator is is based on one simulation launcher device, design of miniaturization and transfiguration, can simulate the artillery launch, achieve the maximum pressure and the muzzle pressure of artillery launch. The simulator has small volume, simple and compact structure, let our test be more convenient.
This paper introduces the design of the structural analysis and working principle of the bore pressure simulator, make a basic assumption to simulate launch, build the gas state equation and the equation of motion, established the mathematical model of the firing process, and use mathematical programming software to program and calculation, and then get the function of image describing pressure with the change of time and stroke in the process of launch and calculation results of some important parameters. The transfiguration analysis was carried out on the bore pressure simulator, to let the combustion chamber can hold different volume of test part. Determine the size of the bore pressure simulator of each parts and drawing. In the end, summarize the design of the bore pressure simulator.
