摘要根据 2016NUT 方程式赛车设计任务书与赛事规则,对 2015NUT 方程式赛车的转向系统进行分析并改进。首先重新设计齿轮齿条转向器,改变齿轮齿型,提高转向系统平稳 性;增大齿轮齿数,使方向盘转角符合设计要求。对转向器自动间隙消除装置进行改进, 调整间隙弹簧刚度,有效降低转向器的虚位移。然后确定内、外侧转向轮之间的转角关 系,运用 MATLAB 编写转向梯形优化程序,得出适宜的转向梯形臂长度、转向梯形底角。 完成转向器的结构设计与转向梯形优化后,运用 CATIA 对转向系统进行三维建模并对三 维零件模型进行预装配,检查结构设计的合理性。对转向器的主要受力零件进行强度校 核,用 ANSYS 对轮齿、齿轮轴、齿条进行有限元计算,分析应力分布与形变,确保转向器 具有足够的强度与寿命。 69535

Title The study on the improvement for design for  2015NUT race car’s steering system          

Abstract

According to the design book of 2016 NUT race car and the rules of FSC, the steering system of 2015 NUT race car was analyzed and improved. First of all, the rack and pinion steering gear was redesigned and the gear tooth was changed to enhance the stability of steering system. The teeth of the gear were increased in order to make the steering wheel angle meet the design requirements. The automatic clearance eliminating device of the perter was modified, and the gap spring stiffness was adjusted to reduce the virtual displacement of the perter efficiently. Secondly, the wheel rotation relationship between the inside and the outer turning was determined. Then an optimization program of the steering trapezoid was written in MATLAB to obtain the appropriate steering trapezoid arm length and steering trapezoid corner. With the structure of perter completed and the steering trapezoid optimized, the three-dimensional model of steering system was built and the 3D parts model was pre-assembled by CATIA to examine whether the structure was appropriate. Finally, the strength of the main forced parts of the perter was checked and the FEM calculation of the teeth, gear shaft and rack was worked out with ANSYS. And the stress distribution and deformation of each part were analyzed to make sure the perter has sufficient strength and lifetime.
