摘要:本设计是主要针对汽车空调进行设计。针对所选汽车结构为其设计一套完整的汽车空调系统方案。以设计所选择的汽车为例,对空调系统的负荷计算、空调方式以及空调设备选型等设计计算方法作了较为详细的说明。根据所在地区的气候参数和轿车运行时的特点,先进行夏季冷负荷的计算,然后根据计算所得的冷负荷数据对空调机组进行选型,本设计主要针对压缩机、蒸发器、冷凝器等设备进行设计计算并进行选型。本次设计中汽车采用全功能型的空调设备,集制冷、除湿、采暖、通风以及净化功能于一体,不仅可以在夏季提供冷气,还可以在冬季提供暖气,并且还具有除雾、除霜、调节湿度、通风、除尘等功能。在本设计中最后做了粗滤的消音隔振设计、保温以及防腐设计。71993
